Choose a maximum width and output format to prepare a smaller still image. Aspect ratio is preserved and smaller sources are not enlarged. Quality affects JPEG and WebP; PNG ignores the quality setting. JPEG fills transparency with white. Canvas output removes original metadata and flattens animation. Inputs are limited to twenty MiB and forty megapixels; compare actual output size because compression can increase file size.

Start with a small example whose result you can check, then process the value you actually need. Changing an input clears an older result so it cannot be mistaken for a fresh conversion.
Processing runs in your browser. This tool does not send your input to a conversion server, create an account history, or save the input in browser storage. A copied result remains subject to your device clipboard settings, while a downloaded file stays on your device until you remove it. Does this work offline?
After the page has loaded, the conversion itself needs no external service. Some browser security features require HTTPS or localhost. Save results before leaving the page; there is no account library.
Why should I check the output?
Input conventions and downstream software differ. Review units, character encoding, and chosen settings before using results in an automated workflow. An output that is valid here may still be unsuitable for a particular application.
