Frequently asked questions
Does a pass mean my PDF is accessible?
No. This check reads the structure the file declares. It does not check reading order, colour contrast, link text or whether alt text is accurate.
Is my PDF uploaded?
No. The file is read in your browser and is not sent to RichScripts.
Why is a scanned PDF failing?
Scanned pages are usually images with no text or tags. They need OCR and tagging in a PDF editor.
Is there a page limit?
No fixed page limit. Files up to 20 MB are checked.
