This generates markup, not a hosted form backend. Your endpoint must accept form POSTs, validate fields, handle spam, store or forward submissions and provide privacy/consent handling. No submissions are sent by this tool.

Turn a spreadsheet into predictable application data

Place your field names in the first row and choose a CSV or modern .xlsx workbook. Select the worksheet if there is more than one.
Preview the source, rename or exclude fields, then choose types. Text is the default so IDs, postcodes and leading zeros stay intact.
Numbers must be finite numeric values. Booleans accept true/false or 1/0. Blank explicitly typed cells become JSON null.
Copy or download the validated JSON. CSV output uses the same renamed fields; formula-cell protection is enabled by default.

Important conversion details

The first 20 rows are shown in the preview, but the export contains all accepted rows. Duplicate output names and invalid typed cells block export instead of silently overwriting data. XLSX formulas are not evaluated: an existing cached result is used when present, otherwise the cell is blank. Dates read as date values become ISO strings. Excel formatting, merged-cell appearance, macros and old .xls files are not preserved.

Are my spreadsheets uploaded?

No. Parsing, preview, renaming and export run locally. The spreadsheet libraries are served from this website. This page does not call an AI service or send files to a conversion server.

Does the form builder receive submissions?

No. It generates a native POST form for an HTTPS endpoint you already control. Hosting that endpoint, spam protection, email delivery and submission storage are separate. A blank or invalid endpoint blocks form generation.
