How to use Signature Generator
This signature generator offers two separate ways to create a personal finishing touch. Choose the drawing mode to capture your own strokes as a transparent image, or choose the email mode to arrange a name, role, email address, and website into a compact contact block. Both modes work directly in your browser and keep their controls near the preview.
For a handwritten signature, draw with a mouse, touchscreen, or stylus. Choose the ink color before starting the next stroke. Undo removes the most recent stroke, while Clear drawing starts a fresh canvas. Download saves a transparent PNG at the canvas resolution. The checkerboard is only a preview of transparency and does not appear in the image. Leave room around the strokes to avoid cutting off the edges.
Email signatures use a simple layout and inline styling for broad compatibility. Fill in only the details you want recipients to see. Website links accept HTTP or HTTPS addresses; other schemes remain ordinary text. Copy formatted signature and paste it into your email application’s signature settings. If rich clipboard support is unavailable, copy the HTML source or download the HTML file instead.
Email clients may change spacing, colors, or links when pasting. Send yourself a test message to inspect the result on desktop and mobile before making it your default signature. The builder does not connect to your mailbox or automatically update account settings. The drawing tool produces an image of your strokes; it does not provide identity verification, document signing certificates, or a signing audit trail.
Your input is processed locally in the browser. This page does not upload your text, drawings, or contact details to a generation service. It does not create an account library or keep a saved history. Copy or download anything you need before leaving the page. Downloads stay on your device until you remove them, and clipboard content follows your device’s usual clipboard behavior.
Try a short example first and check the result in the application where you intend to use it. Browsers, operating systems, and destination applications do not all display the same characters or formatting identically. Keep an editable original separately so you can make changes later. Clear resets the visible working content rather than deleting files you previously downloaded.
