Keep your subject in the frame
For photos: fill the canvas
Crop to fill removes excess image around the edges. Center the subject first, then use the position sliders to refine your crops.
For logos and screenshots: keep the whole image
Fit preserves every edge and adds background space. Choose a background color that works with the image.
Check each shape individually
A wide header and a vertical story reveal different parts of the same image. Shared slider settings may not suit both; export separate batches when needed.
Leave breathing room
Keep essential details away from the edges. These are fixed canvases; a platform may add controls, overlays, or further cropping when you publish.

What is the difference between crop and fit?
Crop to fill covers the whole canvas and trims anything outside it. Fit keeps the entire image and fills the remaining space with your chosen background color. The position sliders move the image in both modes.
Which sizes are included?
The eight built-in canvases are 1080 × 1080, 1080 × 1350, 1080 × 1920, 1500 × 500, 1280 × 720, 1200 × 630, 1200 × 627, and 1000 × 1500 pixels. Platform names are preset labels, not a guarantee about current platform requirements or safe areas.
Does each crop have its own position?
No. Horizontal and vertical positions are shared across all previews. Check every shape before downloading; if two crops need different framing, export them separately with different slider positions.
Which format should I choose?
JPEG is useful for photos when file size matters. PNG avoids lossy re-encoding and works well for graphics and text. WebP is another option when your publishing destination accepts it. This tool fills the canvas with your selected background color, including when exporting PNG or WebP.
Are photos uploaded, and what are the limits?
Resizing happens in your browser; your image is not uploaded to a processing service. Choose a JPEG, PNG, or WebP file up to 30 MB and 40 megapixels. Large photos and multiple previews can use significant device memory.
What is inside the download?
One ZIP contains the selected canvases as separate images, named after their presets. All eight previews remain visible so you can compare them; checkboxes control which images are included in the ZIP. Enlarging a small source cannot restore missing detail.
