A photo of your plate.
A clearer picture of your meal.
Upload a meal photo, review estimated nutrition, adjust portions and save your food diary.
1. Add a food photo
JPG, PNG or WebP · up to 10 MB. Photograph the full plate in good light. Add portion and preparation details for a better estimate.
Try a food photo
Select an example, then click Analyze meal. Each analysis is a fresh estimate.
Example photography from Unsplash.
2. Review the estimate
Estimates, not measurements. A photo cannot reliably reveal portion weight, ingredients or hidden oils. Review the values before saving.
Your food estimates will appear here.
3. Your food diary
Records are stored only in this browser on this device; photos are not saved in the diary. Clearing browser data removes records. Export a backup to keep them.
How should I use these estimates?
Use this as a rough food diary, not a medical or dietary prescription. Recipes, serving sizes and cooking methods can change nutrition substantially. For more reliable entries, use measured portions and package nutrition labels.
What happens to my photo?
The image is resized in your browser, then sent through RichScripts to the configured AI provider when you click Analyze. This app does not intentionally store your photo. Provider processing policies apply. Only the food names and nutrition values you save are kept in local browser storage.
