Up to 30 items. Quantity supports three decimal places; unit prices use two. Currency values are rounded to the nearest cent.

Discount applies to the subtotal; tax applies after discount. Deposit applies to the total including tax. Enter the tax rate appropriate to your situation; this app does not determine tax obligations or convert currencies.

3. The work and next steps

Each section supports 3,000 characters. PDF supports Latin, Chinese, Japanese and Korean text. The first non-Latin preview downloads an additional font; unsupported symbols such as emoji are reported before export. This is a proposal document, not an invoice, contract review or electronic signature service.

Editing and PDF generation stay in your browser. Save your draft before leaving; it is not automatically stored. Starting checkout uploads the completed proposal package, including your contact details and logo, for temporary storage (30 days).
