This is a preparation estimate. Tax and the final total appear in secure checkout before payment.
Prepare your fax →Published sending prices
| Document pages | Fax subtotal | Optional cover |
|---|---|---|
| 1–5 | US$2.99 | Free |
| 10 | US$4.49 | Free |
| 20 | US$7.49 | Free |
| 25 | US$8.99 | Free |
| 50 | US$16.49 | Free |
US$2.99 includes the first five document pages. Each document page after the fifth adds US$0.30. For example, seven document pages cost US$3.59 before tax. Adding a RichFax cover page does not change that subtotal.
Currency and tax
Prices are in US dollars, including for Canadian destinations. Applicable tax is added at checkout, where you can review the tax amount and final total before paying. Tax depends on the billing information and applicable collection rules. Your bank may apply currency conversion charges separately.
One previously verified Ontario checkout example was US$2.99 subtotal + US$0.39 HST = US$3.38 total. This is an example, not a tax quote for your address. The amount displayed in your checkout is the amount to review.
What is included?
- One fax to one supported Canadian or US destination.
- Up to five document pages at the base price, with additional pages priced individually.
- An optional cover page, browser preparation and a document scanner.
- Order status and a downloadable transmission report when evidence is available.
An account and verified email are required before payment. There is no recurring sending subscription, prepaid credit balance or automatic fax-plan renewal.
Limits and separate tool costs
Each fax supports up to 50 document pages and a prepared PDF of up to 20 MB. RichFax accepts PDF, JPG and PNG input. Password-protected PDFs must be unlocked before fax preparation.
Standalone PDF tools have their own pricing and verification rules. A paid signature export or PDF-tool batch is separate from the fax payment. Transferring that finished PDF into RichFax does not include free transmission. Review PDF-tool pricing before processing a batch.
If your fax fails
When the fax provider confirms failure, RichFax initiates a full refund of that order’s payment, including tax, to the original payment method. A confirmed successful delivery is not automatically refundable. Uncertain results need review rather than an automatic resend. Read the failure and refund guide.
Receiving-number access is assigned separately. Public self-service receiving-number purchases are not currently offered; this sending price does not purchase a personal receiving number.
