Fax service terms

One fax, one payment

Send to supported Canada and United States fax numbers. US$2.99 includes up to five document pages. Additional document pages cost US$0.30 each, up to 50 document pages. An optional cover page is free. Prices are in USD before applicable tax; secure checkout shows tax and the final total before payment. There is no subscription or recurring fax charge. An account and verified email are required.

Delivery and refunds

Check the destination, document quality and every page before payment. Sending begins after payment is confirmed. My faxes shows the receiving service's delivery result; delivery does not confirm that a person read the document. If the fax provider confirms failure, RichFax initiates a full refund of that order's payment, including tax, to the original payment method. Your bank controls when the credit appears. Successful deliveries are not automatically refundable. For billing errors or unresolved orders, contact [email protected] with your order reference.

RichFax does not automatically retry an ambiguous transmission. A Needs review status requires operator reconciliation; do not create another paid order merely to retry it. Delivery times depend on the receiving fax service. Do not rely on RichFax for emergency or time-critical delivery.

Authorized use

Only transmit documents you are authorized to send, to a recipient authorized to receive them. Do not send unlawful material or unsolicited advertising. RichFax provides outgoing fax service and an Inbox for receiving numbers linked to verified email accounts. Public self-service receiving-number provisioning is not currently available. It does not claim HIPAA or PHIPA certification. The website works on supported mobile and desktop browsers; public native store availability is not claimed.
