This generator turns your business details and line items into a clean A4 PDF. Choose Invoice when requesting payment, or Receipt when documenting a payment you have received. Enter a document number, the relevant date, your business details, and the customer information. Add descriptions, quantities, and unit prices, then create a free preview and pay US$1 to download the finished document. No account or desktop publishing software is required. There is no subscription.

How are totals calculated?

Each line amount is calculated from quantity and unit price and rounded to two decimal places. The subtotal is the sum of those line amounts. A fixed discount is subtracted before the percentage tax is applied; tax is rounded to two decimal places. The displayed total includes this tax. The currency selector labels your amounts; it does not convert exchange rates. This simple tool uses two decimal places for all supported currencies.

Can I create a receipt instead of an invoice?

Yes. Select Receipt to change the document heading, customer label, date label, and final amount label. A receipt records the information you enter; this tool does not collect money, check a bank transfer, or verify that payment occurred. Use the notes area to add a payment method, transaction reference, or message for your customer. Invoice mode also offers an optional due date and space for payment instructions.

What should I check before sending?

Review the business and customer names, document number, currency, dates, descriptions, discount, and tax rate. Add any identification or address details your business needs in the available fields. The generator supports one tax rate and one fixed discount, rather than a full accounting workflow. It does not determine which tax rules apply or manage sequential numbering. Keep your own records and check that the resulting document suits your requirements.

Are my details stored, and can I edit the PDF?

Your entries are processed in your browser and are not uploaded. Payment verification sends only a document fingerprint and reference to our server. Editing work is cleared on refresh. A finished PDF prepared for checkout is saved in this browser until you remove it, allowing payment recovery. Up to 50 line items are supported, with automatic page breaks for longer documents. Text is rendered into high-resolution page images to preserve browser font rendering; the exported PDF does not contain editable or selectable text. Make corrections in the form and generate a new preview before downloading again.
