Use your browser, without a modem

Open RichFax in your computer’s browser. You need internet access, the recipient’s current Canadian or US fax number and an email address you can verify. You do not need a fax machine, analog telephone line, Windows fax driver or printer setup.

RichFax takes PDF, JPG and PNG files. A Word document, Google Docs link or ZIP must be exported to a supported file first. Check that you are authorized to share the document and that the recipient accepts it by fax.

Reopen the exported PDF before uploading. Verify filled fields, signatures, page breaks, tables and attachments. Saved editor changes are only useful if they appear in the final PDF. Page count can change during export.

Prepare and send from Windows or Mac

  1. Choose the actual files

    Browse for your supported files, or drag them into the document area. Keep the source batch within 20 MB and 50 document pages; the combined prepared PDF must also fit the 20 MB limit. Unlock encrypted PDFs in authorized software before using them.

  2. Arrange the complete set

    Open Review & arrange pages to reorder across files, rotate or remove individual pages. Undo recent changes or restore the source selection. Your page count and subtotal update immediately.

  3. Verify the destination and cover

    Choose Canada or United States and enter the current fax number with area code. Use a saved recipient if useful, but confirm the number is still correct. Add the free cover only if you need one; avoid duplicating a cover already in your PDF.

  4. Inspect the exact prepared fax

    Choose Review your fax → Preview every page, including the cover. Inspect each page with Previous and Next or download the PDF to your own viewer. Preparation and downloading do not transmit the document.

  5. Pay once and track delivery

    Continue to secure checkout, sign in and verify your email if needed. Review tax and the final total before payment. Then open My workspace → My faxes and follow that order’s progress; save its transmission report when available.

Check the page price before checkout

The subtotal is US$2.99 for the first five document pages plus US$0.30 for each extra page. The optional generated RichFax cover is free. Applicable tax is added at checkout, and there is no sending subscription. Use the page-price calculator for a larger document.

Fill, sign or edit first

For content edits, use your document editor or RichScripts PDF tools. Optional PDF tools have their own source verification and pricing. The fax workspace’s Edit this PDF, then return flow keeps document preparation connected; returned recipient details require explicit restoration and another check.

Keep the preparation tab open while you retrieve your verification email. Before closing a page with unsaved documents, download the prepared PDF if you need your own copy. Confirmed technical failure triggers the full-refund policy; an uncertain result must be checked before another send. Delivery reports confirm fax-service acceptance, not human reading or approval.
