RICHFAX / CANADA SENDING

Send your PDF to a Canadian fax number.

Prepare in your browser, inspect every page and pay once for transmission. Canada and US destinations use the same published RichFax sending rates; prices are in US dollars.

Choose Canada and confirm the exact fax number

In the fax workspace, choose Canada (+1) and enter the recipient’s current number with its area code. A synthetic formatting example is +1 416 555 0123; it is not a real test recipient or an agency contact.

The North American Numbering Plan administrator explains that Canada, the US and other participating countries share country code +1. That prefix alone does not identify Canada or prove that a line receives faxes. RichFax supports Canadian and US destinations, not every +1 territory.

Verify the fax number and department directly with the receiving office or its current official instructions. An old form, a voice number or another department can be correctly formatted and still be the wrong destination. This page does not publish a universal CRA, bank, court or healthcare fax number.

Canadian destination, US-dollar checkout

The subtotal is US$2.99 for the first five document pages, then US$0.30 for each extra document page. The optional generated RichFax cover is free. Ten document pages cost US$4.49 before tax. A cover already inside an uploaded PDF counts as a document page. Use the page-price calculator for your actual document.

Applicable tax is added in checkout and shown before payment. A previously verified Ontario checkout was US$2.99 subtotal + US$0.39 HST = US$3.38 total. This example is not a tax quote for another address; the actual checkout uses billing information and applicable collection rules. The destination’s area code does not by itself determine the tax amount.

RichFax does not currently quote or bill this service in Canadian dollars. Your bank may convert the USD charge and apply its own fees. Check the currency and final total before confirming payment. There is no sending subscription or automatic renewal.

Make a final, readable PDF

  1. Add supported documents

Use PDF, JPG or PNG, with up to 50 document pages and 20 MB total input. The prepared combined PDF must also fit 20 MB. Export Word or Google Docs to PDF first and unlock protected PDFs only with proper authorization.

  2. Check fields, page order and orientation

Use the free page organizer to move, rotate or remove pages. Check filled forms, dates and visible signatures in the prepared PDF. If RichFax flags interactive fields or XFA data, follow the form-copy guidance; the warning is not a completeness or signature-validity test.

  3. Verify destination and optional cover

Confirm the intended Canadian recipient. The cover is optional; do not add a duplicate if the document already has one. Include only details needed to route the fax.

  4. Preview, pay and keep the reference

Preview every page, including the cover. Sign in and verify your email if needed, then review the checkout total. Keep this existing order reference if a payment or transmission result is delayed.

What a Canadian delivery report confirms

The report records the destination, page counts, order and gateway reference, and confirmed service events where available. Delivered means acceptance by the receiving fax service, not that a person read or processed the document. Contact the receiving office if you need acknowledgment or a case-specific deadline check. Read the report guide.

If transmission fails, use the status-specific recovery guide. A partial or uncertain result may mean some pages arrived. Do not create another paid send until the existing result is reconciled and you know which pages are needed.

Sending does not assign a Canadian receiving number

The one-fax sending price does not include a personal inbound number, a temporary receiving pass or number porting. Current receiving access is assigned separately to a verified email and existing number. If your account already has receiving access, use My workspace → Inbox to view and download owned PDFs; see the receiving guide.

A Canadian destination or Canadian receiving number does not establish Canadian-only data storage or a regulated-industry compliance guarantee. Check the actual document and email data flow against the recipient’s requirements before sending sensitive records.
